What a perfect venue for a perfect day!
We had a beautiful wedding for our daughter this weekend 12/28/2024
Family from all over the world came to coconut groves villa woodbine.
We changed it a little and had the wedding party came from the beautiful oak trees and bride and groom was able to look at them when ceremony started.
The grounds was stunning and beautiful, and as evening rolled on, became more beautiful,
The staff are amazing, big thanks to Jay , who helped from day before to wedding day,from 6am !
Now a special and thank you filled with the love of us all to Gypsy,
This beautiful lady is phenomenal!!
She worked with us for months and never lost love or enthusiasm for the day. You are an incredible and beautiful person.
All though enough tears weren’t shed in the day , with your tears added when we all hugged you with heartfelt thanks.
You are a very special lady who is professional and so caring in your work.

Obsessed with everything and everyone at villa! Sandra and Casey-Lyn were so helpful and responsive leading up to our wedding day. Bill Hansen catering was 1000/10 the food was so good and they worked hard to find a way for my husband to get his authentic Italian cake. We had 150 people and space/bathrooms were not an issue. Just a perfect venue all around!

We had the best experience working with the team at Villa Woodbine. Sandra and Juliette were always very responsive, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We booked the venue without seeing it in person (did a facetime tour) and we immediately fell in love with every aspect. They were so accommodating and gave us so many recommendations and guided us so well throughout the process. Sandra is one the sweetest, friendliest, and best event managers and we are so lucky we had the pleasure of working with her on our big day. The food and beverage was the highlight of the entire day and we heard nothing but compliments from all of our guests. We had a few dietary restrictions and each of them were so pleased with all of their food! Needless to say no one was hungry at the end of the night. The staff was so accommodating and professional from start to finish. The venue is well taken care of and looks just like the photos, if not better! All of our guests were so impressed. We were worried about the dance floor being inside vs. in the middle of the reception (cannot do it because or noise ordinance) and it actually was the best placement for it. The dance floor stayed packed the entire night and didn't take away from the flow of the night. We have only compliments to give about this amazing venue and team! We are so thankful that this is where we got married and would not have changed anything!

Our wedding was everything we ever dreamed of and more! We were truly left in awe with how beautiful everything was, Valentina and Bill Hansen Catering were truly dedicated to making our vision come true and really cared about us having a wonderful time. The staff were always checking in the make sure my husband & I and our guests were happy and had what we needed. The Villa itself was absolutely beautiful and comfortable for our 118 guests. With Bill Hansen Catering executing the service with Villa Woodbine, it made planning so much easier! We highly recommend this venue if you want to have a romantic al fresco wedding like we did ?

I cannot put into words how amazing this venue is and how helpful the BHC team that you can book with Villa Woodbine has been. We had to move our wedding twice due to the pandemic and both times Eden and her team were sublime. So helpful, so kind, and unbelievably knowledgeable.
Last, the wedding is stunning! My wife and I got so many compliments on our wedding day and the pictures are breathtaking. I cannot recommend this place enough!
