There's a strip club walking distance from here; perfect for getting drunk and walking back home. And there's also at least 4 fatal accidents every year on pioneer and florance along with minor crashes every month or so. Apartments gate on the east breaks too often and states broken for days. there's no codes in the front gate. You have to go outside to pick up your delivery half the time. There's people smoking outside often time in the vicinity.
Bright side is there are 2 pools and a play group.

this manager only wants money swear, they over due there rules. This is the worst laundry management ever, Been living her for over a year and everytime I tried washing clothes here the dryer never dries anything, so i have to leave and go somewhere else to dry my clothes, waste my time most of the time.

I like that it was secured and gated but management was very rude and unprofessional, we lived there for 3 years and one the main reasons we moved was because of management.

I rent here. They asked for a $3,000 deposit, plus first month. They were fine until I didn't change my utilities over the day the manager told me to because of certain circumstances. She proceeded to YELL and belittle me. The manager there is SO RUDE and disrespectful. She treats people terribly, with absolutely no respect. I was without any option so i bear that horrible lady

I have lived here for 13 years now. I tend to mind my own business. I go to work and come home. Rules are rules. It’s been 4 years now that I have asked Kanista the manager if the apartment can be painted and the carpet changed. She refuses to do any of it unless I move out or as she stated “pack everything into a storage and clear the apartment then you have to stay at a hotel at your own expense”. Kanista is extremely an rude individual. She belittles you, yells at you and yet you can not tell her anything or she will give you a 3 Day eviction notice. Now in December 2022 the rent will increase by 10%. Please do not move here too these apartments. Rise and Angel are real nice folks unfortunately they fear Kanista, but she appears to be untouchable.

I understand the needs for rules, however too many here!! It's sounds like a grouchy OCD senior made up these rules! Rules about shower heads, cleaners and windows. And no privacy on info and windows. Manager is so stubborn!! You can't feel free to make it your own home. They charge $35 to run credit per person, $500 to hold just for a week and even when you're history shows you pay on time without missing a payment or incident, it doesn't matter. Still a huge security deposit in the thousands! Place built in the 70 Then renovate it!! It's 2017 for crying out loud! Rent should be less since it's an inconvenience on plumbing issues. Pathetic!!

My wife and I moved in about 6 months ago. I really appreciate the way the management operates their organization. They are very upfront about the rules, guidelines and potential fees that one might incur, and it's all very reasonable. It was explained that they usually operate on a month to month basis so that if someone feels they can't live by the rules they are free to leave and are not trapped by a lease. I know in our world today, abiding by rules and being held accountable is very unpopular, do not expect to live here and disregard your neighbors and/or the community. The office staff have to keep a certain level of sternness when dealing with potential tenants, do not expect to be catered to, like I said earlier I respect that, because it keeps the quality of living and environment in the neighborhood top-notch which is rarely found in other apartment communities in So Cal. Expect if you don't follow the rules to be fined, we were fined a couple times, but I can honestly say the fines were fair and we were made fully aware before we signed on and moved in, I respect that! In closing, this is one of the best communities that I've ever lived in, and the rent is VERY reasonable for this area, we are very happy.
