Such a great place for a loved one. The staff is excellent and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. I go and visit all the time and it has such a relaxing appeal. My grandmother looks happy and is treated very well. I visit often to make sure she’s okay and she seems very happy. She made new friends too!

Victoria villa is the best assisted living facility I’ve ever come across in my whole life when it comes to patient care. Lucie ensure that everything is in place and all patient are well taken care of . The nurses and CNAs are very professional and observant. There should be no second thought in placing your parents ,grandparents and any other family member in the facility as there is a ? % guarantee that they will be talking care of. Lucie is the most amazing and extraordinary person I’ve met in my life she’s very easy to talk to and understanding , so make your appointment and go in to see her or Elizabeth (very nice lady) as they’ll walk you through the process of finding home away from home for your family member that’s in need of help. -former employee Abigail

Horrible Very ill mannered owner. Speaks to the staff and residents horrible. I feel for those residents in that place. Her employment rates are horrible. Office staff is unprofessional. Please do not let the the glitz and glam of appearance detour your mind. If those walls or residents could talk. No a pleasant experience.
