Eric and Melissa went out of their way to ensure our time at Cozy Corners was the best! Our apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished. We were impressed with the beautifully decorated rooms that added appeal and felt warm and homey. We wanted for nothing! The apartments are conveniently located near restaurants, doctors office, pharmacy, grocery store, bakery and meat market, all just a short walk away. Another bonus is the well lit covered parking area. They really thought of everything! We would definitely recommend to others and would happily live there again. Thank you Eric and Melissa!

This is a wonderful place. Location is just minutes from the base. The apartment is well designed and comfortable. You have covered assigned parking. The kitchen is well stocked, having washer in the bathroom is convenient. It’s a quiet area. The owner, Eric is supportive and so welcoming! It is safe, you have a code for entry. Private and mostly quiet and peaceful. You have a downstairs with supplies for cleaning and dryers. Etc. Choosing cozy will be something you’ll be happy about. Zero issues & a place I’d return to.

Eric is the best landlord I’ve ever had. He’s available, reliable, dependable, generous, kind, and a good human being. His apartments are not only beautifully and comfortably appointed but they come with tons of bells and whistles….fully stocked, free internet, free laundry, free house cleaning with clean sheets and towels provided weekly, free paper towels and TP, free spray provided to keep the critters from chewing your car’s electric wires, and a very generous holiday gift. Cozy Corners is walkable to everything in downtown Graf including the Army Base yet situated off the main drag in a cute neighborhood. You can’t go wrong choosing Cozy Corner and Eric!

These are lovely apartments. They are modern and clean, and the property is well managed and maintained. The landlord is amazing and always responds quickly to messages. The location is within walking distance of the base and local restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and there are great walking and bike trails nearby.

Stayed here as a young, unaccompanied person during my first international move. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and really helped my transition. They went above and beyond what is normally expected of lodging. Everything you need is provided - linens, towels, cooking/kitchen utensils, everything. I cannot recommend a better place to stay!

Can’t say enough about this place. We stayed 3 months there with a family of five and it made for a much smoother transition. The location is convenient to restaurants and the base. Apts are well equipped, always new families here with kids for our children to play with in the back, and Eric was always so accommodating! He goes above and beyond, even fixing the tire on one of my girls’ bike when the tire went flat. We truly enjoyed our time there and made some new friends in the process.

Stayed here with my husband in October-November 2019. This is an excellent location and we would have stayed much longer if my husband was stationed here, but we had to move closer to Hohenfels [Eric, we are in a house in Laaber]. The convenience of a washer / dryer is not a small thing, so that was very helpful. Eric makes all the paperwork easy for your stay, and to receive reimbursement. Easy walk to post, restaurants, grocery shopping, and that awesome bakery (Cafe Bauer). Nice balcony in some units, great kitchen setup, and all the necessary equipment and dishes. Thank you Eric.

My husband and I arrived at Grafenwohr almost a month ago and from the very first day Eric and Melissa made us feel at home. We needed lodging last minute and they were able to accommodate us. We were nervous about staying at an off base hotel, but we could not have asked for a better place to stay while waiting for housing. We had a washer, refrigerator, stove as well as free wifi among other amenities in our cozy apartment. Amongst the great lodging, there was also great customer service and hospitality. They gave great advice on restaurants and wonderful places to visit. Truly a blessing for new comers in a new place.
