This place sucks. We drove 7 hours to drop off a soldier at the military base the next day with the understanding that we were checking in with a military ID, and we had a reservation. Upon arrival they told us as that it did not matter and we could not check in. We felt that they discriminated against military personnel and did not attempt to work with us or try to accommodate military personnel. Would highly recommend the Hampton Inn as they were quick to help us as the terrible Country Inn and Suites left us up a creek without a paddle.

Positive: The room was relatively clean, there were a lot of broken things there though. The top to the Keurig was broken, the lamp broken, the remote for the TV had tape on it to hold the batteries in. Negative: The heating unit was incredibly loud. Couldn't sleep well.

Room was relatively clean on the surface, but I found some hair and particles under the mattress and bed frame. Shower head was disgusting. So nasty I avoided the shower altogether. There’s no way it’s ever been cleaned since it was put in. Little hole in the back of the sink to prevent overflow was also disgusting. I was afraid every time I washed my hands to even let my finger graze it. Bathtub drain cover was also broke and there was a long hair in the tub. Mattress was a little sunken in and not on the frame right. Not uncomfortable but could have been softer. TV was not going above Channel 16, so nice lady from the desk fixed it for me. She definitely went above and beyond, but that took about 45 mins out of my night.

On the plus side, it was clean enough sleep in and I liked that floors looked vacuumed. Toilet was clean and sheets were clean. Nice, quiet area near Walmart, Sheetz, and Dunkin. A few other restaurants close by and decent DoorDash selection, even at 1 AM on a Sunday night.

If it wasn’t for the shower head, sink, and tub, I’d give it four stars, but the shower head was so nasty I will not come back just for that. (Sink hole is cleaner in picture due to water flushing it out from using the sink)

The breakfast buffet served hot, fresh food that was limited to omelets, sausage, and waffles. Staff was pleasant. This motel badly needs updating. While clean, carpeting was frayed, caulking was missing, and there was limited heat in upper hallways.

It's ok and all. The walls are so thin that me and my family woke up in the middle of the night from a couple arguing ?
The bathroom didn't have veneration. For an old hotel, it is relatively clean. Their free breakfast service is pretty good and good location. Unless you have a VPN, you should have no problem getting Wi-Fi. I'm not saying it a bad stay. You can pretty much stay for at least 2 days. At least you have a easy check out.

We booked this hotel in a rush to find something when driving late. We wish we would have read more than one review before booking because then it was non refundable. The whole hotel looks like a remodel that was done with a lot paint. Aka a “lipstick” on a pig.
They have multiple of the same prints hanging through out lobby and rooms. The hallway had trash piled up right outside the elevator. They were there when we got there and when we left this morning.
The hotel smells stale.
In our room 313; the carpet was older than the hallway carpet. The carpet was damp. The shower had mold between tiles and in the air vent. Looked like caulk was reapplied over the mold.
The AC never got cool but it kept a fan going in the stale room.
The furniture was very outdated, looked like it was from a used furniture depo. The sheets had a stain on them. One bed had hair in the sheets and gritty sand/dirt in the sheets.
We slept 5 hours and made it back on the road.

Stayed here for a week and it wasn’t the best. Ants were in the drawers and I seen two roaches during my stay! Also I left an important device in the room and it couldn’t be found. I believe one of the workers stole my electronic. This place is way too expensive to be having these problems. Breakfast was nice, but the pool is oh so dirty. I wouldn’t even put my toes inside of it. I don’t recommend staying here since the workers are stealers.

The room was cool, I'm not picky, but you can hear what's going on in the next room. Service was great, you ask for help or anything you need for the room you get it, awesome. Location is a little out of the way, and I never got caught in traffic. It's awesome.
