We stayed at the Aqua Dreams. We had a great view and used the pool everyday. I brought a bluetooth speaker not knowing that the house had Sonos that I was able to connect to. The house cleaner was amazing and super friendly. We had a small issue with the wifi but they were able to send someone out and it was fixed right away. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Lucky me! This was my third time at Villa MaPai! It never fails to impress in fact it just gets better! We were a group of 10 women in our 60s (sister in laws, cousins and best friends since high school).
The house was very comfortable in every way from the fully equipped kitchen to the great seating areas and new pool furniture.
Thibaud, our house manager was exceptional as always! He checked in every morning and evening to make sure we were alright. He confirmed our bout ride (Captain Joe’s) to Anguilla (shout out to Brittany-the only female captain in St Martin), reserved a table and beach chairs on Pinel (Karibuni—our favorite restaurant there—best “Pain Killers”!), checked on dinner reservations at LaVilla in Grande Case (we always go back here—so much fun with JC!), delivered French pastries (Yummy!) and did everything in a timely manner! Yoann was wonderful, too! One of our ladies had an ear problem and Thibaud and Yoann made the appt with a doctor, drove her there, then to the pharmacy and back home!
Most of our meals were ordered from Fabulous Feasts. It is very cost friendly and the food is wonderful. Our favorites were the Seafood Maramite and the Poached Salmon. Papa Dan’s delivers to your door, too.
With 4-5 (3 seater) kayaks at the house, we were able to go to Pinel and safely paddle around the area. Snorkeling is great around the small island between us and Pinel. Many turtle sittings, too! Look for the iguanas sunning themselves on the rocks near our dock - usually in the morning.
We rented a small car but most of our trips were scheduled thru Juliette. We loved her-always smiling and happy! We would prob skip the rental car next time. But they do drop off and pick up the car from the Villa, which is nice!
We had a blast! Another girls’ trip in the books!

From the initial inquiries to the last day of our trip, we were fully supported by the staff of St. Martin Blue. Our villa was exceptional and the attention that we were given by Geo in St. Martin was unparalleled. Our group of 7 including a 2 yr old found the Happy Bay Villa perfect for our celebratory week on St. Martin. We would absolutely return to Happy Bay and hope that the construction below doesn't obscure the views of both Happy Bay and Friar's Bay.

The accommodations, location, staff and service were perfect. Stayed at Sunrise Villa overlooking Orient Bay. Breath taking view and great privacy. Anthony, our concierge was great and Josephine our housekeeper was excellent also. HIGHLY recommend!

Worst Experience ever. The Villa we rented was robbed while we were there! In the middle of the night they cut the power and gained access while we slept. I am attaching photos showing the police finger printed on the back door. They left one guests pants out by the pool. The main gate was broken and wedged open so anyone could come into the "gated" community any time they wanted. St. Martin did nothing to resolve to ease our emotions given the traumatic experience. They stated they take no part in overseeing the villas or ensuring the safety of the guests. Will never book again. DO NOT RECCOMMEND!

We arrived about 7 pm. It was dark. No lights in pool area except for inside pool so blackness all around. Granddaughters 9, 8,7,5 wanted to swim so I was on guard. I heard crying and a scream and raced to where it was.coming from. It was by edge of pool that looked like it had a hill behind it. I screamed for her and took a step into total darkness and found myself falling 8 feet off a cliff not a hill. She had fallen backwards off the ledge after seeing a cricket. Rushed her to hospital and thankfully no spinal injury to neck . I sustained a lumbar fracture . It was long awaited surprise family vacation to celebrate our 45 th wedding anniversary. Wrote managemeht upon returning to let them know how close we came to dying and how unsafe the pool area is, especially for children and at night . No signs, lights, protective fence. Offered nothing to compensate for lost vacation, pain, trauma, medical bills. A house doctor shook his head when he saw the area of the fall. So unsafe. Only response was to say house met building codes. As for the house, in the 3 hours I was healthy and coukd walk , it was expansive and beautiful . Kitchen a little worn and air conditioning in living area was not effective against sunlight . Couldn’t spend time in there. Much too hot. Housekeepers were fabulous and caring . Too many workers…gardeners, house repair men always on property. I didn’t mind since I was bedridden but offered no privacy at times if that’s important to you . I truly hope they address the lack of safety design by the pool area infinity edge. Someone will meet a fate worse than ours if not. Remember you are on your own should sonething happen that’s not your fault because management obviously only cares about collecting your money and will not assume any responsibility for their properties.

Thank you to St. Martin Blue for the best experience in St. Martin “Mes Amis” my 14 guest enjoyed everthing about Mes Amis just beautiful, the views just awesome. My second visit to St. Martin within the past year. This was my first time using St Martin Blue. The experience exceeded expectations. The villa was very nice, with beautiful views from the deep upper porch. All planned activities went smoothly and everyone was very professional (massage, Boston Whaler tour, cleaning staff, rental car agency, airport transfer). Happy Bay was very accessible to the condo via a relatively short (at times rocky) path down the hill - gorgeous, fairly secluded beach. Probably not for young children as clothing seems optional.
