New, clean, modern hotel with nice amenities such as a gym, pool, hot tub and hotel bar. Rooms are small, but clean and modern. Located not far from the Canyon's and a ten minute drive to Park City, 20 minutes to Deer Valley. Perfect for a budget ski trip or solo trip. Can walk to Whole Foods, and retail close by. Paid parking should be waived, the breakfast was just okay, the bartender was super nice and provided great drinks. Would stay again.

Stayed the weekend at the hotel. My wife and I enjoyed the stay very much.

The hotel was extremely clean, large rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and quite rooms.

We showed up late and the staff was happy, kind, and efficient.

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. It was very comfortable.

I would recommend this hotel. It is close enough to main roads to be efficient with travel but quietly tucked away so that there was plenty of privacy. Close to shops food and the slopes.

Highly recommend.

This was a nice hotel with nice and helpful front desk employees but it just didn't work for me. The hotel positions itself as simple and not elaborate in style ... that it is bit too simple for my taste and felt cheap and not a value.

The location is closer to the freeway than expected and pretty close to an offramp, all of which adds some noise to the whole experience. And then there is the hustle and bustle of this off ramp area. Simply too much fore to be relaxing on any way

Again, helpful people at the front desk, newer hotel but just not for me. I probably won't be back

Nice hotel and location. The reason for the overall two star review is due to the parking fee! To charge $10.00 from a company based out of Nashville, TN via a small machine at the check-in desk and then adding a $1.50 fee on top of that is a SCAM! Marriott refuses to anything about it and I have filed a dispute with my very reputable credit card company. DO NOT STAY HERE for that reason!

I’m a Marriott Gold member, and I travel very frequently. This hotel is not up to Marriott standards, and I won’t return. Here is why.| 1. The parking requires payment. That’s fine in a city garage, but abnormal and offensive for an open lot in a place like this. |2. The breakfast is $16 per person for a lobby buffet. Extortionate. |3. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain. |4. The shower head was chest high and didn’t raise, so I had to bend over while the rain shower dripped on my head. |5. The heat/AC blew directly on my face in bed. It woke me up every time it kicked on. I had to cover it with a towel so it would keep the ambient air comfortable without blasting in my face. |6. The ice maker/water sensor barely works. You have to hold your tongue right and wait until a unicorn passes for it to work. |6. The toilet paper is cheaper and thinner than the gas station. ||This is more of a La Quinta standard than a Marriott standard. We won’t be back.

We went to this hotel for our anniversary. It was beautiful, clean, and truly in a perfect central location for all the fun activities park city has to offer! We loved the indoor pool and hot tub, ghirardelli hot chocolate and many tea options, and even lavender scented bags to take to your room to help you sleep if you want them at the front desk -making the lobby smell heavenly- 10/10 would come again!

As a Bonvoy Ambassador member with extensive travel experience, I can confidently say this hotel is among the best. Perfectly situated for both business and leisure, its outstanding location is matched only by its impeccable design. The rooms feature advanced technology, USB-C and standard USB ports, incredibly comfortable beds, and spa-inspired bathrooms with handheld and rain showers for ultimate relaxation.||||The front desk team—Melissa, Bianca, and Diego—sets a gold standard for service with their warmth and professionalism, guided by the stellar leadership of managers Lili and Ezekiel. Their food offerings are equally superb, making this space a vibrant hub for guests.||||With a small but well-equipped gym and a serene pool framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for watching snowfalls, this property embodies affordable luxury. Honestly, I would give 5 stars if not for the unnecessary parking "management" company this AC Hotel uses to charge for parking. They do not add value to patrons, only to their own bottom line and to that of the hotel, I assume.

The hotel let's you know on the Bonvoy site in advance that they charge $10/day for the privilege of parking your car in their lot, but they do NOT let you know that the parking "management" company adds a 15% service fee per day (for the convenience of handing them money? ?‍♂️). Yes, that's only $1.50 extra per day on top of the parking fee, but I'm tired of getting nickel and dimed at every opportunity.
