Great location in cottage 7, open your door and walk across the street for immediate beach access. Comes with two parking spots! Entry into this cute place is easy, super clean, newer paint, aesthetically clean and pleasing. They accept dogs which is a plus!

Rated rooms with three stars because the master/king bedroom AC was not working well, we had the unit at 72, and was probably 80 in the room even keeping the door open. Paid for 2 nights and stayed 1 since I couldn’t handle a second hot sleeping night. I did report the issue at check out and hopefully they resolve it for future visitors.

Pool space is cute, grills available, pool is clean.
A location near the unit to rinse off after coming from the beach.
Showers are pretty small, not much space to bend to shave or wash your legs unless you open the shower curtains.
Guest room toilet literally has like one foot of leg space, knees hit the cabinet trying to sit - not good for people over 5’7 probably lol had to sit sideways and then my right knee we was hitting the wall. Just use the larger bathroom if you’re staying in that bedroom.

My teenage daughter and I had an awesome experience at Blue Waters. It was our first trip with just the two of us. Blue Waters is very peaceful and tranquil. It was a great bonding time for us. Just what we needed before her senior year of high school. We really enjoyed our stay! Also, the pool and beach were great!

5 stars all the way! That place was highly recommended to us and it didn't fail! We went down there from Montreal! The communication with the owner was A-1. The place was clean and as expected. The beach across the street is beautiful! We'll go back for sure!

Just steps away from the beach closer than most places. Rooms were very clean and welcoming and great for our dog. We would definitely consider staying here again when we come back down from WV!

Blue Waters Treasure Island is a gem! We love finding unique accommodations and this did not disappoint. The bungalow was perfect. We just opened the door, walked across the street and stepped right onto the beach. We rented chairs and an umbrella and they were waiting for us upon arrival. The staff is very responsive. Would return!

We stayed in rm 4 during my friend's birthday. The room was nice, but the floors were filthy. The shower was very small. I felt like I could not get away from the water coming down from the shower head. It was almost a drowning feeling.
The location was great!
I did not like the feeling of being watched by all the cameras. And I especially did not like all the rules and restrictions and extra charges/penalties. You cannot have a visitor come while staying there, which is very ridiculous! I brought my friend over to look at the room and the property , because she wanted to possibly have her company's weekend getaway there. The fist thing she noticed was a sign saying no visitors allowed or you will be fined, smile you're on camera. So needless to say, she wasn't interested. We have to pay a cleaning fee, but have to do our own cleaning and take the trash out or have another charge added on. One of my biggest complaints wad feeling as though we had a "curfew" at 10:00. Nobody is allowed to be out on the property after 10:00 (quiet time). Great location, but I seriously doubt we will be back. We were hoping we found new place to get away on staycations a couple times a year. Very unfortunate! ?

Absolutely wonderful!! Everything about Blue Waters was perfect, the Bungalow #14 was beautiful and very clean,pet friendly with comfy beds. The location is beyond perfect, across the street from beautiful Sunset beach in a quiet part of treasure island but still close enough to walk for food, drinks and shopping. The owner was so wonderful and was quick to answer any question I had. We will definitely be returning asap! We have stayed everywhere from pass a grille to Treasure island and I honestly have to say this trip was the best, everything was perfect!!

Great location and very clean. The only thing missing was coffee. But the cool water from the ocean woke us right up. Will stay again!
