Absolutely blown away by the exceptional service here. I was apprehensive about purchasing in the beginning as the item would have to be shipped from Poland to Singapore. However, Kasia quickly put me at ease and patiently answered all my questions. She even went to have the company registered for VAT refunds just to accommodate me.

She went above and beyond. Words can’t describe how touched and impressed I am by the wonderful service I’ve received.

The dress is fine, but the shipping system is very bad. I bought my dress in the store and the guy there told me around two weeks for delivery. Then, I wrote them because I didn't have any info about the tracking number or something like that, and they told me "We will send you a message". Ok...

Three weeks later I wrote again. They told me the shipping actually is between 14-21 work days. Fine, I'm not in a hurry. But suddenly I open my door today and I find a package from Female Store. There. In my door. Without message from them nor from InPost, any email, any SMS.... Whoever could have taken my order and I couldn't have demonstrated that I had it or not. Totally disappointed.

Kupiłem idealną sukienkę dla narzeczonej. Sukienka świetnie się prezentuje, jest bardzo dobrej jakości i co najważniejsze to moja Pani jest bardzo zadowolona. Miła obsługa. Przyjemna atmosfera. Bardzo ładny butik.
