Das Essen war absolut hervorragend – jede einzelne Speise war frisch, kreativ zubereitet und einfach unglaublich lecker. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gekocht wird.

Ich habe beim Restaurant Buskes für die Weihnachtszeit wieder mal ein leckeres, bereits fertiges Gericht für die Feiertage gekauft (Hirsch mit Klößen, Rotkohl, Soße und Nachtisch). Die Bestellung lief wie immer unkompliziert ab, die einzelnen Speisen bekam ich vakuumiert und fürs Wasserbad vorbereitet.
Alles hat sehr lecker geschmeckt und hatte absolute Restaurant-Spitzenqualität. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gerechtfertigt und orientiert sich an den gängigen Restaurantpreisen.

Wir waren zur Weihnachtsfeier hier.
Großartiges Essen, ich hatte Hirschkalbsbraten und das Wild war hervorragend, ebenso wir alles andere ( wir hatten z.B. alle Vorspeisen auf dem Tisch).

Wir waren als Paar zum Spargelbuffet. Speisen in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre. Tolles Personal. Zu dem vorhandenem Hotel kann ich nichts sagen. Die Einrichtung im Restaurant ist super. Ich denke die Zimmer werden bestimmt kein Reinfall.
