One of the best Marriott locations... I travel quite a bit for work. Great service from the desk to the concierge lounge. Location has plenty of parking and the mall is across the street with tons of variety to eat or shop. Employees are top notch with great management. Room are super clean and quiet.

Few things did not working right in room and in 2 call for needed only one showing up.
Electrical plug malfunction and no hot water in shower ... Just warm ..
For that type of money we can get batter working facilities at comfort inn or Holiday inn express..
I understand that this facility is large all d accommodate wedding that way I give 3 stars

Stayed here 2 separate times Thanksgiving week. Employee checking me in first night was sullen and rude. Both rooms were dingy. Breakfast was mediocre. This place needs a facelift. Badly. And better customer service training. Wouldn’t stay here again. As a titanium elite member I expected better.

Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley was the venue for our wedding weekend. Not only did they host 4 events, but they also hosted our guests, many who travelled to Raleigh from all over. Vanessa and Leah were a pleasure to work with! They worked closely with us and our vendors to make sure that every detail was carefully planned out. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff is so sweet! The venue ballrooms were spacious, and they easily accommodated our guest count. We would highly recommend them to host your next event or just for a place to stay when you’re visiting Raleigh.

I stay in a lot of Marriott properties, and this property is one of the best. I have visited this property numerous times this year. The hotel is older, but it is well maintained except for the elevator. The elevators do need some work. One doesn’t work, so when events are scheduled, the wait times for an elevator can be long. Despite that minor issue, the staff of the hotel is wonderful, especially the staff in the Concierge Lounge. Jim(evenings) and Troy(mornings) are wonderful hosts. They both do an excellent job taking care of the guests. They both go out of their way to make sure the guests feel welcome. The food selections in the Concierge Lounge are always well prepared and delicious. The hotel is located directly across the street from Crabtree Mall, an easy walk with additional dining options. But why leave the hotel, when there is such a great restaurant onsite.

This hotel now charges their guests $10 to park in the hotel’s own parking lot. It’s not valet and the parking lot isn’t even up that close to their building. It isn’t even that well lit at night. I worry for my personal safety and that my car is at risk of getting broken into. I would think the parking should be part of the price tag you are paying to stay here. The rooms are nice and it’s located across from shopping. These are the reasons for the room and location ratings.
