Got a Gastric Sleeve done on 1/23/25 and the staff was amazing! From start to finish every single person that took care of me made me feel comfortable. My nurses, Shellie, Rebecca, Jessica! AMAZING!! Just like everyone else but I bugged these ladies a little more .. sorry! Overall amazing experience.

The Nurses who took care of my mom demonstrates exceptional patient care, displaying empathy and clear communication with us. They proactively providing us Thorough education regarding my mom's procedure. Nurse Miriza encouraged my mom and make my mom feel she is in good hands with the team who will do the procedure, it makes my mom lessen her nervousness and anxiety. They all did a great job!?

Outpatient Surgery Waiting Room East Tower Ground floor...

Family member had surgery here. Comfortable waiting room, staff here friendly and helpful and informative. Staff called me several times to give me a update as family member was in recovery waiting to be assigned a room for after surgery overnight stay.

Waiting room was rather very cool. They have 2 vending machines and 2 All Gender single bathrooms. Waiting room also has a outside patio you can also wait if you need to warm up a bit from the rather very cool indoor waiting room. The Reception/admitting and pre-assessment room is also located here. TV also in the waiting room. By the way, Aggressive Behavior Will Not Be Tolerated per posted signage.

I love this hospital. This is the second time that I need to go to the ER. From a security guard to discharging to the doctor. The nurses everything the whole. Their whole team is amazing. I rather go there to any other hospital due to it's just everything so convenient. I highly recommend this hospital.

My experience at Adventist health was amazing. I can’t express enough the amount of help and care the doctors and the nurses had for me. They really listened to my concerns and after already visited multiple doctors in other areas with no resolution, the doctors at Adventist had an answer for me. Finally I was heard and finally I am now able to get the treatment I need to feel better. God bless the staff and doctors at this facility.

The entire staff that I encountered was excellent. The nurses were totally professional, involved and responsive. The room was very quiet, clean and acceptable. The lab technicians were careful and thorough and the pharmacy personnel informative. The ONLY negative during my stay, was the food. Not only was it tasteless, it was served cold and was largely inedible. It was not possible to finish any one of the meals. So, great people, very good facilities but abysmal food.

First time at this facility. Registration for labs and imaging. Staff interaction can be better as I had to stand and wait for them to stop non-business conversation with each other and this is after they called me over. When directed me to a certain room and I didn't know where it was they were not happy that they had to direct me. Staff working in the West tower all had attitude which made me feel unwelcomed rarely did I see a smile or hear a nice greeting.
